great for the price. friendly and helpful staff. regular complimentary continental breakfast (waffles, cereal, eggs etc). only 35 mins to the zion entrance and very close to a bunch of stores and restaurants. don’t expect a fancy hotel and amenities since it’s only like 30 bucks a night but it if very nice for what you pay for. we would definitely stay here again
We got a free upgrade and they let us check in almost 4 hours early. The breakfast was good but very bare bones... the back patio where you can eat said breakfast is gorgeous . The room was clean and smelled like cleaner which we loved. The air system rest to 74 every night about 2 hours after we would change it to lower temperatures. The pool and hot tub were closed, but it said that it would be available on the booking site... so I would call and ask about that if its important to you.
The women at the front were fantastic! The price is a little insane for 1 night. When paying in cash you have to leave them $100 till check out. I think the birds out front add some character and construction's pretty heavy. I was told the price is so high because it's the "up and coming development"
Beautiful everything. Staff is amazing, views=amazing; rooms; gorgeous, and free breakfast. Spoke with the owner also; he is a very nice man. 1000% will be back. Also, prices are EXTREMELY reasonable...but without the bullshit of most places this price. Thank you for being amazing to my mom, myself, and my boyfriend. We will definitely be back
We really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is really good; very close to local hiking spots and national parks. You'll still need a car to get around, but that's expected. Such a great place to stay on a budget!
The hotel is a little run down. Damaged carpet in the hallways, obvious patches/repairs in the room. My room was clean though. It's more old, not dirty. Breakfast was okay. Typical of a continental breakfast; eggs, waffles, cold cereal, etc. Front desk staff was nice. Not a hotel that you really want to hang out in, but it's a convenient location for Zion Park and it felt safe and reasonably clean.
Very clean. AC heating works great. Powerful, quiet enough and no weird smell. Shower has big hot water. Great location. 30 mins drive to Zion NP. They serve breakfast starting 6:30 am in the morning. So eat and go and you will arrive Zion visitor center parking lot well before 8 am. Friendly efficient staff. Overall great value. It has everything I can ask for from a budget hotel.
Honestly, for the price, it was fine. Common areas were quite old and definitely need a remodel. Hallways were dim with ancient carpets. Room lighting was also quite dim. Breakfast was a touch sad even by cheap hotel standards. Preformed egg patties are the only hot option, with cereal, yogurt, waffles, white bread, and oranges rounding out the other options. The room itself was clean enough and acceptable and service was friendly when our first room had an issue.
